The Indianapolis Airport currently has an opening for a part time Customer Service Agent. This regular part time position will work a maximum of 25 hours per week and will be paid $10.50/hr.


The Customer Service Agent provides superior, friendly, and efficient customer service at time of rental and return using the company approved sales and service techniques. Facilitates rental process; verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. Pleasantly handles and resolves customer questions, comments, and complaints while working face-to-face in city/market locations. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the wants and needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.



  • Take incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors
  • Make outgoing calls- callback management, account receivables, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
  • Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs primarily over the phone
  • Assist in bank deposits, lost and found, and fleet reconciliations.
  • Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer close-pends and extensions
  • Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned



  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • A minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required
  • Must have basic accounting knowledge such as research and billing support and accounts payable/receivable
  • Must have at least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience 
  • Must be able to work the following schedule: Friday and Saturday 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Sunday 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm
  • New Hire Orientation is held every other Monday from 10:00 am - 4:30 pm in Indianapolis. Must be able to attend one of these sessions if hired.
  • Must be willing to accept the starting pay of $10.50 per hour
