National and Alamo has an exciting opportunity for an Overnight Inventory Clerk at the Orlando Airport.  The Administrative Representative provides support for administrative tasks required in the respective city and/or region office. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.


  • This is a full-time (40 hour/week) position.
  • This position is located at the Orlando Airport
  • Apart from religious observation, interested candidates must be able to work the following overnight schedule, including holidays:  Friday - Tuesday: 9pm-5am, Wed/Thu: OFF.


  • Maintain city fleet inventory within company guidelines.
  • Monitor all vehicle movement, while logging physical location of all units.
  • Respond appropriately to all management inquiries and calls.
  • Type reports and correspondence.  Copy and collate materials as required.
  • Provide support on special projects as required.
  • Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
  • Perform various administrative functions such as: research support tasks, logs, run miscellaneous reports, and supply maintenance
  • Handheld unit equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous and backup job-related duties as assigned
  • Management reserves the right to modify, change or delete duties assigned
  • Perform other customer service related duties in addition to those listed, to ensure our service meets the needs of the customer.


  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum 1-year experience handling basic customer service and office administration functions.
  • A minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions with moderate exposure to unusual elements such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and/or loud noises.
  • Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time.
  • Must be willing to accept a starting pay of $9.00/hour
  • Must be willing to work at the Orlando Airport
  • Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following full-time (40 hour/week) overnight schedule, including holidays: Fri - Tue: 9pm-5am, Wed/Thu: OFF.
