The Customer Service Agent (Exit Booth Agent) provides superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car assignment process; facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information and vehicle selection information for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.
We are seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Seasonal Part-Time Customer Service Agent (Exit Booth Agent). This position is seasonal (lasting no more than 150 days), and pays $15.00 / hour.
This position is located at our Charleston Airport, SC branch, 5501 Porsche Blvd, North Charleston, SC 29418.
This part time position will work 3-4 days a week. Flexible weekdays, weekends are required. The available shifs are 9:00am-5:00pm, 5:00pm-1:00am.
