Overview

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Representative at our Sky Harbor Airport location!

 

This role will provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, primarily via the phone, email, and text messaging.  They will also provide support with our daily administrative tasks.

 

The position is full time  (40 hours per week) - Position pays $17 / hour

Apart from religious observation, must be available to work the following schedules:

  • Saturday 11:00am - 9:30pm, Sunday - Tuesday 10:00am - 8:30pm 

 

Job location: Sky Harbor Airport 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure business priorities are closely monitored and managed

  • Assist customer with our lost and found process

  • Handle incoming calls to resolve customer questions

  • Assist in needs as ticket adjustments and customer follow up items arise

  • Help in all related procedures to support cost control

  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have at least 1 year prior customer service experience
  • Previous airport experience or administrative experience preferred but not required
  • Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the last 3 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for a customer service position at Sky Harbor position in the last 12 months.
