The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an opportunity for an Administrative Representative at the Memphis Airport. The Administrative Representative assists with all back office support functions concentrating on asset protection, employee relations, accounts payable and expense control. This position supports all three brands under Enterprise Mobility (Enterprise/National/Alamo).

 

This pay for this position starts at $16 / hour. This is a full-time position 40-45 hours/week.

 

This position is located at  the Memphis International Airport

Schedule:

 

Thursday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM

Friday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM

Saturday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM

Sunday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM

Monday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM

Tuesday: OFF

Wednesday: OFF

  

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide information, rate quotes, coordinate reservations and answer general questions received via incoming calls from customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors
  • Make outgoing calls to support callback management, account receivables, and other areas as assigned
  • Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer close-pends and extensions
  • Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
  • Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when needed
  • Assist in shuttling vehicles to and from other branches, repair facilities, etc.
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or administrative support
  • Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
  • Must have strong administrative, time management & organizational skills.  
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Candidate must be able to work 40 hours each week the following schedule: 9:00am-6:00pm Thursday-Monday.
